How it works

1. Set the moderation policy — Confirm duplicate, misleading, unsupported, privacy, abuse, disclosure, and appeal rules.
2. Read reviews and product context — Pull review text, status, timestamps, verified-order evidence, product and variant references, and existing moderation history.
3. Detect evidence-backed candidates — Identify exact duplicates, highly similar records, impossible product claims, unsupported references, and abnormal submission patterns.
4. Prepare the moderation preview — Show evidence, reason code, confidence, current visibility, proposed visibility, and every review intentionally left unchanged.
5. Confirm and apply the scope — Require explicit approval before changing selected visibility states and retain the original review and audit history.
6. Read back and verify — Confirm the selected visibility states, storefront presentation, rating calculation behavior, and moderation record.

Safety boundary
